He seems to end up treating everybody badly... It sucks because so many people look at him and adore him, but... *shrugs* It wouldn't be the first time an internet idol turns out to be an asshole.

Jeff does have a habit to get mad and treat people badly, but I actually know him, and I have had it happen to me. Now me and jeff are friends again, and I have to say he isn't unreasonable, he only lashes out when it is deserved or he has had enough. People don't know him on a personal level, so they think he is "an interenet idol asshole" but he is much different in real life, and he can afford to have the image online, because people love him, and he has tremendous talent!

Yeah, he says "don't you dare call me another MySpace whore" but that's pretty much all he is. He sits there posting bulletins and pretty much prostituting himself in order to get what he wants. I'm pretty sure using your body to sell things is wrong on some moral level. It'll be a cold day in hell when Matthew creates a DeviantART account. The place will be MySpace before you know it.

The problem with Jeff though, is that he has copious amounts of talent, and he knows it. It's difficult to discern whether he sells it because his fans like it, or just to make a quick buck off peoples stupidity and attraction to little fuzzy emo things. I mean, I like Pon & Zi, and I love all of Jeff's art, but I'd rather keep it that way but not knowing Jeff too much. from a few people I've heard it kind of ruins it.
